To file a claim, log in to your account on our client portal, navigate to the "Claims" section, and click on "File a New Claim". Fill out the claim form with all relevant details and attach any supporting documentation. This may include order numbers, photos of damaged goods, or any other pertinent information.

The investigation and resolution process typically takes up to 10 business days for standard cases, but may take longer for more complex situations.
