We operate an appointment system for the receipt of goods, ensuring we have the right amount of staff to process your orders quickly and cost-effectively.

Accurate Product Measurement

During the booking in process, we weigh and measure your products to ensure that the items declared match the delivery paperwork.

All Container Sizes Accepted

We can accept your products however they arrive, and we'll handle them with care, regardless of their size or packaging.

Our Receive & Putaway Process

Efficient Sorting Process

If it's more cost-effective for you to receive cartons of mixed products from your supplier, we can break these down in our warehouse and store them in their designated product-specific areas.

Real-Time Stock Updates

Our put away teams use handheld portable scanners when locating your products. The TDW Logistics Hub will then immediately update your Sales Channels, so the products are available for purchase as soon as they have been put away.

Rapid Stock Availability

We know how important it is to have stock on sale as quickly as possible. All goods received will be put away within 48 hours of receipt. In most cases, this is much quicker, but we guarantee that we won't have product sitting in our Goods Inwards unnecessarily.

Palletised Product Handling

Product that is already palletised when it arrives with us is given its handling rate in a fixed value, with put away times being much quicker than loose carton deliveries.

Designated Storage Areas

Our experience tells us that most customers like their product stored together in the same area of the warehouse. Therefore, we will ensure we keep your goods together for easy management and retrieval.
