Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TDW Logistics.

Services

TDW Logistics provides warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your products
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels
  • Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for your inventory

Pricing and Payment

Our pricing structure is based on the services provided and volume of goods handled. Payment terms are as follows:

  • Invoices are issued monthly
  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT

Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid, and arrangements must be made for the removal of any remaining inventory.
