Using our Returns Department, makes the handling of your returned consignments efficient and cost effective. You can tailor the decision making and processes to ensure we deliver the right outcome in a timely fashion.
We fully accept that you may be wary when considering whether an item is suitable for resale.
We will always follow your guidelines as to what is and is not acceptable, to be returned to stock and if there is any doubt, we will consult with you before making your items available for resale.
If you do not want a particular item to go back into saleable stock, we can arrange for this to be returned to either yourselves or directly to your supplier.
If you want to determine exactly when refunds can be paid out, it is not a problem for us. We can configure the system to release refunds in line with your requirement.
We appreciate that sometimes you may wish to have final approval on some or all refunds. If this is the case, we can add an “approval required” stage into the returns process. This means we do all the administrative tasks surrounding the return and you have the final say on the level of refund offered.
In many cases, a customer loves the product but needs a different size or would prefer a different colour. We can customise our returns system to generate a replacement order for the products your customer now needs. The system will also action a partial refund or additional surcharge, if necessary.
Our Returns Management System will automatically process a refund to your customer when we confirm satisfactory receipt of the returned parcel.
