Clothing brings its own logistics demands. Every style comes in several sizes and colours, return rates are high, and stock often needs work before it can be sold. Most of the brands we fulfil for are in fashion and lifestyle, and our processes are built around them.
From our warehouse in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, we store your stock, pick and pack your online and wholesale orders, handle your returns and prepare stock for retail.
Stock held at size and colour level
Every size and colour is held as its own line in our warehouse system, so the stock levels in your online store match what is on our shelves. Products are scanned at goods in and again when they are picked and packed.
Returns checked and back on sale
Your customers can send returns back without you logging them with us first. We check each item, put resellable stock back on sale and set aside anything damaged for you to review, and you receive a weekly returns report.
Online and wholesale orders from one stock pool
We fulfil orders from your online store and marketplaces, and wholesale or dropship orders for retailers, from the same stock, so you do not need separate warehouses for each channel.

Items that arrive without a barcode can be barcoded here before they go into stock.

We are an HMRC Approved Fulfilment Centre under the Fulfilment House Due Diligence Scheme (FHDDS), so brands based outside the UK can hold stock with us.
