Rework and pre-retail preparation
Quality checking, relabelling, repacking and ratio packing
Stock does not always arrive ready to sell. It may need checking, relabelling, repacking or splitting into store ratios before it can go to a retailer or online. We carry out this work in our own warehouse alongside storage and fulfilment, so stock moves straight from reprocessing to dispatch.
We reprocess branded clothing and lifestyle products for brands, wholesalers and off-price retailers.

Retailers set their own requirements for how stock must arrive, from labelling and packaging to size ratios. We work to your retailer's specification and pack each delivery so it can go straight into stores.
Each item is checked as it is reprocessed. Anything damaged or faulty is set aside for you to review rather than being sent out.
Reprocessed stock can stay in storage with us until it is needed, then go to stores, retailer distribution centres or direct to customers.
Splitting bulk stock into packs with a set mix of sizes, ready to allocate to individual stores.
Applying barcodes and labels to your own or your retailer's specification.
Re-bagging, re-boxing and repackaging stock so it arrives clean and presentable.
Inspecting items for damage and faults, with faulty stock kept apart for your decision.
Counting mixed deliveries and sorting them by style, size and colour before they go into stock.
Holding reprocessed stock and delivering it to stores, distribution centres or online customers.
